Teams from Lowndes County Athletics competed in the Third Annual Toriano "Tito" Baker Memorial Classic on Dec. 9 resulting in several wins from the program.Â
"We were honored to have Mr. Bakers family award each winning team their trophy along with Coach Starr Athletic Director at the Calhoun School," said a post on the program's Facebook page.
The outcomes of the event were:Â
Lowndes Middle Girls won against Hayneville Middle
Lowndes Middle Boys won against Capitol Heights
Hayneville Middle Boys won against Lead Academy
Calhoun Girls won against Central-Hayneville
Francis Marion Boys won against Central-Hayneville
Calhoun Boys won against Sidney Lanier
