The Montana Standard has partnered with Intermountain Health to honor a Butte area boys and girls high school athlete of the week each week throughout the 2025-26 high school sports season.
This week’s Intermountain Health Boys Athlete of the Week is Butte’s Hudson Luedtke.
The senior wide receiver/tight end finished with 14 total yards in the Bulldogs’ loss to Great Falls CMR in the first round of the Class AA football playoffs last weekend.

Luedtke caps off a strong season in which he finished with 762 receiving yards, averaging 10.4 yards per game.
His longest gain this season was 51 yards and he had six total touchdowns for the season.
The senior will now look towards the basketball season. With his strong showing during the football season and helping Butte head to the Class AA playoffs, Hudson Luedtke is this week’s Intermountain Health Boys Athlete of the Week.
This week’s Intermountain Health Girls Athlete of the Week is Butte’s Ellie Graham.
The freshman setter has already made a big impact on the Butte volleyball team.
She finished the season as the team leader in service aces (33), aces per set (0.4) and assists (580). She also finished second in hitting percentage with 0.147 and in digs with 235, as well as third in digs per set with 3.0.

With Butte’s volleyball season at a close, Graham will now look ahead to her second season of basketball.
Her strong showing amongst the Bulldogs as a young athlete has earned Ellie Graham this week’s Intermountain Health Girls Athlete of the Week.
