Two of the five charged for their role in the Montgomery riverboat brawl in August pleaded guilty on Friday.
Mary Todd of Selma became the first defendant to pleaded guilty in the Aug. 5 incident. She agreed to a plea on harassment and was ordered to complete anger management classes, according to WSFA.
Richard Roberts of Selma pleaded guilty to two assault charges. The agreement came with a four-month suspended sentence, which must be completed on weekends in Perry County starting Nov. 4. Violations of the agreement will require him to serve the full four months. He also has to complete 100 hours of community service, WSFA reports.
The fight broke out at Montgomery's Riverfront Park over the dockside parking of a pontoon boat in the place where a riverboat tour boat parks.
