Edmundite Missions will host a workshop by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) titled "The Essentials of Entrepreneurship Series: Real Estate Investment" on June 22. 

Topics will include 7a and 504 loan program overview, community advantage loans to the underserved, real estate investments and what lenders are looking for. 

The workshop will be facilitated by SBA personnel and Business Development Officer D'Undray Peterson. 

LiftFund will be there to offer impact investment loans to businesses and nonprofits in underserved areas. Loans total up to $500,000 to commercial and business real estate in underserved or rural areas that are rented to low-to moderate income families/individuals.

The workshop will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Edmundite Missions located at 1428 Broad Street in Selma.
