Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Angela Tarase Mack Aka Angela Sullivan  Robert E Sullivan Wife And Husband  to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Embrace Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns dated January 31, 2013; said mortgage being recorded on February 7, 2013, in Book 1482, Page 610 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Dallas County, Alabama.
