DIGITAL MARQUEE SIGN  

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 

BID INSTRUCTIONS 

General Overview 

Selma City Schools is seeking sealed proposals for seven Outdoor Double-Sided display LED Signs. The signs will be located on six school campuses and one at the Central Office. 

Format: Bidders are advised to respond to the pricing and configuration in the format presented on the Bid Form (request a copy). Those sections of the RFP that require a response must be addressed completely or the bid may be rejected for noncompliance. All bids must be submitted in writing. 

Vendor Inquiries: 

Questions concerning discrepancies, ambiguities, or omissions in this RFP should be submitted in writing. They must be received by 2:00 p.m., June 22, 2023. 

Only written responses will be binding. Any addenda will be emailed or faxed upon request.

Pickup a hard copy of the RFP by going to 2194 Broad Street, Selma, AL 36702 or email a request for a copy to cicely.curtis@selmacityschools.org. 

The bids should be submitted on or before June 26, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. Bid Opening will occur at the Central Office located at 2194 Broad Street in Selma, AL. Bids not received by this date and time will automatically be disqualified from consideration. Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the company name, bid due date and time, and the words “SEALED BID FOR: Selma City Schools – Digital Marquee Sign” all clearly noted on the outside.
