Sheet Pan Sausage, Onions & Peppers
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 pound fully cooked smoked sausage sliced
4 Russet potatoes cut and quartered into small pieces
Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the sausage, potatoes, bell peppers and onions onto the baking sheet.
Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the seasonings over the sausage and vegetables and toss to combine.
Spread in an even layer, and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and slightly crispy, stirring the ingredients once or twice during cooking time.
Serve warm and enjoy.
