Watch: Downtown Demopolis sees revival of investment, construction

Downtown Demopolis is booming, and if you haven't been downtown lately, you may not recognize it. New businesses. Historic building renovations. A boutique hotel in the works. Office spaces, apartments, entertainment venues, and major infrastructure projects are transforming the heart of the city.
Since 2022, more than 20 downtown properties have changed hands as investors and entrepreneurs bet on Demopolis' future. Cindy and Todd talk about the transformation in this segment of the Black Belt Newscast.
