The 47th Annual Black Belt Folk Roots Festival in Greene County will take place on Saturday, Aug. 27 and Sunday, Aug. 28.Â
The event will feature music, dance, food, crafts and children's activities. The Saturday event will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. while the Sunday event will be from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.Â
The festival will take place at Old Courthouse Square on Tuscaloosa Street in Eutaw.Â

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent.
* IMPACTS...The combination of a dry air mass and windy
conditions will result in critical fire weather conditions.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
