The Annual Monster March from Selma-Dallas County Public Library to City Hall is set for Oct. 31 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.Â
Registration will begin at the library and will have face painting and games for children before the march at 4 p.m.Â
At the end of the march there will be a Monster Village and costume winners will be announced, as well as food vendors.Â
Saint or Treat will take place at 5 p.m.Â
