The City of Selma will have its Sales Tax Holiday on school supplies from Friday, July 15 to Sunday, July 17.

During the holiday the state forgoes the normal sales tax, though local sales tax may apply.

Customers will be able to save 10% on supplies purchase, which can include uniforms, shoes, computers, and software, as well as school supplies such as pencils, pens, binders and paper among other products.

See here for a full list of tax exempt items.
