The Delta Regional Authority (DRA) has opened its 2024 Delta Workforce Grant Program, with a deadline set for Dec. 31. 

The grant program is aimed at providing support for workforce training and education programs throughout the Mississippi River Delta and Alabama Black Belt regions.

DRA has scheduled a Virtual Pre-Award Technical Assistance Workshop for Nov. 16 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registration can be done here. 

DRA is granting a total of approximately $10 million. The minimum award is $50,000 and the maximum is $450,000.
