Theâ¯Edmunditeâ¯Mission’s new $3.2 million Bullock Center on Broad Streetâ¯is set to open Feb.â¯19 with a grand opening and open house held that following weekend, Feb.â¯22 and 23.â¯â¯
In addition to seeing the 16,000 square foot community center building, the open house will offerâ¯sports seminars,â¯anâ¯art exhibit from after-school kids, weight room demonstrations and more.â¯There will also be healthy snacks, said Chad McEachern, president and CEO of theâ¯Edmunditeâ¯Missions.
McEachern said the Bullock Centerâ¯will “serve as a beacon for the Missions, providing a safe place for allâ¯our neighbors to come together” and provide a way for the Mission to identify those who need more services, especially young people.
