Edmundite Missions has been awarded the 2024 Nonprofit of the Year Award by The Nonprofit Alliance Catholic Development Council.
“Edmundite Missions lives its core values of compassion, service, and social justice every day," said Aby Graf, the Nonprofit Alliance vice president, in a press release. "The 2024 Nonprofit of the Year Award is a testament to the organization’s innovative and impactful work which addresses the urgent needs of the poor today, while helping individuals find their own, permanent paths out of poverty.”
The Nonprofit Alliance noted that Edmundite Missions has been in existence for 87 years and is dedicated to feeding the poor.
"We are deeply honored to receive the 2024 Nonprofit of the Year Award," said Edmundite Missions President Chad McEachern. "Since our earliest days, the Missions has adhered to the pledge made by our Founder, Father Frank Casey, to ‘do the best we can, with what little we have, to help those most in need.’ This award is a moving testament to the dedication of our staff, volunteers, and especially the caring supporters who make our work possible.”
