Alabama, including all Black Belt communities, are expected to experience very low temperatures and gusty winds on Friday through Sunday. 

According to the Alabama Emergency Management Agency gusts up to 30 mph are projected for Friday night to early Saturday morning, 30-40 mph on Saturday morning through afternoon, and 20-30 mph on Saturday night.

On Saturday temperatures will be in the teens to twenties in the south and central area of the state. Sunday will see mainly temperatures in the 30s. 

The public is advised to take precautions as needed during that time.
