$15 million is available through the Delta Regional Authority's (DRA) Community Infrastructure Fund.Â
A brief statement from DRA said that the fund is a program that supports public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, and flood control needs in the lower Mississippi River Delta and Alabama Black Belt regions.
