The upcoming Levitt AMP Selma Music Series Arts & Culture Fest will be held at Selma High School on Saturday, Sept. 13, a change from the original location at the Riverfront Amphitheater.

"This free, family-friendly event will transform the front steps of Selma High into a vibrant stage, featuring a lineup of local artists and a special performance by Magnolia Boulevard from Lexington, Kentucky," said a press release for the event.

"Known for their soulful blend of blues, funk, rock ’n’ roll, and Americana, Magnolia Boulevard has earned national attention and will bring an unforgettable sound to Selma."

A community policing event will take place at 10 a.m., followed by gates opening at 11 a.m. and live performances from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. There will be food vendors, crafters and local makers.
