Michael David Johnson Foundation to hold Back to School fitness event

Michael David Johnson Foundation will hold its annual back to school event with a focus on fitness at the Selma-Dallas County YMCA on Saturday, July 30. 

The event seeks to promote healthy living for youths with activities such as dodgeball, kickball, and relay races. Other activities will include bounce houses, water slides, relay races, a game room and more. 

Each child will receive a backpack with school supplies. 

Selma-Dallas County YMCA is located at 1 YMCA Drive. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
