Montgomery attorney Labarron Boone was recently named an honoree of the 2026 National Black Lawyers Hall of Fame. 

"(Boone's) enduring impact and commitment to the profession continue to inspire not only his peers, but the next generation of legal trailblazers," said an announcement from the Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce. 

In a post on social media, Boone expressed appreciation for the naming. 

"I am grateful for the continued support from colleagues and friends in Montgomery, and I share this recognition with everyone who works daily to strengthen our profession and our city," he said.
