The Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC) recently launched a program to help military spouses find employment.

"This initiative bridges the gap between talented military spouses and local employers, fostering a supportive community," said a post on MACC's social media. "This program strengthens our businesses and community by providing meaningful employment opportunities for military families."

The program is titled ADVON, otherwise known as the Military Spouse Employment Program and is aimed at connecting military spouses with chamber member businesses that have positions available for them.
