A woman from Montgomery is wanted by police on several charges and the public is asked for assistance in locating her.Â
According to Central Alabama CrimeStoppers, Betty Mae Shipp, 44, is described as a black female standing at 5'6" in height and weighing 120 pounds.Â
Shipp is wanted for alleged second degree domestic violence, second degree burglary charges, and use of pepper spray.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Central Alabama Crimestoppers at the 215-STOP (7867) 24-hour tip line, 1-833-AL1-STOP, download the P3-tips app, or the text-to-tip feature by texting keyword 215stop to 738477. Anyone who uses the feature is asked to receive a Tip ID and password to talk with investigators in case of any follow-up questions.
