BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Montana Republican Party is set to host a debate for MT-01 congressional candidates on April 21, in Bozeman.

The candidates invited to participate are Dr. Al, Christi Jacobsen and Aaron Flint. The debate aims to provide these candidates an opportunity to present their platforms and explain why they deserve to be elected to Congress.

"This debate is an opportunity for each candidate to make their case and show why they should be sent to Washington," said the MTGOP chairman.

The event will be free and open to the public, allowing voters to engage directly with the candidates.

The MT-01 congressional seat became vacant following Congressman Ryan Zinke's decision to step down.

Several Democratic candidates have also entered the race and have already participated in town halls and debates.
