A home branded as an "Oreo House" is on the market for $732,898, with a "mint choc chip bathroom."

The three-bedroom home in Silver Spring, Maryland, has distinct black and white features.

Possible buyers have compared the recently renovated home to the biscuit brand "Oreo" because of its black and white interior.

The bathroom is decorated with black walls, mint green tiles and a white bathroom suite - nicknamed the "mint chocolate chip bathroom" by online commentators.

The single-floor property was built in 1949 and has recently been renovated with a "thoughtful blend of modern updates and traditional charm" for a possible homeowner.
