An incredible traffic camera video sees an eagle-eyed observer of the passing cars.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation highlighted a clip of a bald eagle perched above a busy highway this month.

They said: "Check out this eagle-eyed traffic reporter! We spotted this beauty perched over I-35W in Minneapolis."

Social media users were impressed, with X user comments including "Bro is flexing on the whole town in their little warm cars", "If he were a wee bigger he’d make off with one of those cars", and "the eagle has landed."

Bald eagles are known to be a common sight in Minnesota, particularly near rivers and lakes where they hunt for fish.
