The Alabama National Guard's first mobile COVID vaccination clinic for Dallas County is Tuesday at Bloch Park.

This is for first shots only and will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is the Pfizer vaccine. The second dose is scheduled for April 20 also at Bloch Park.

Go here for detailed information and below for links to forms needed.

The National Guard will give 1,000 doses a day at each site. No appointment is needed for eligible Alabamians, which is anyone over the age of 55 and anyone over the age of 16 with pre-existing conditions. No proof required.

Gov. Kay Ivey activated the Alabama National Guard to set up mobile sites to bring COVID-19 vaccinations to under-served and rural counties throughout Alabama. The ALNG will be working with the Alabama Department of Public Health, the Alabama Emergency Management Agency and local county Emergency Management Agency staff to provide vaccinations in 24 counties, including Dallas.
