A mobile outreach unit from the University of Alabama College of Community Health Sciences will be present in Demopolis on Sept. 22 to allow the public to take part in a research program.

The All of Us research program surveys individuals to collect data about healthcare.

Participants will be asked to create an account, review consent, agree to have their electric records shared, consent to get DNA results, answer health surveys, and have their height, weight, and blood pressure taken. They may also be asked to provide blood and urine samples.

The unit will be at the Ratliff Activity Center on 306 First Avenue in Demopolis from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
