Montgomery Mayor Steven Reed will be among other speakers at the Milken Institute 2024 Global Conference in Los Angeles, California. 

According to Alabama Political Reporter, Reed was selected for the event, which is titled "Shaping a Shared Future". The conference covers policies as affected by the concept of climate change. 

A session hosted by Reed will involve a group of community leaders, capital providers, impact investors, and philanthropic figures to discuss policy solutions for underserved communities.
