Rep. Terri Sewell will present a $1 million in federal funding check to Aliceville Mayor Terrance Windham to construct a joint fire and police station. 

The funding is part of $9.5 million secured by Sewell for local projects in the fiscal year 2026 appropriations process, said a statement from her office.

The check will be presented at Aliceville City Hall located on 419 Memorial Pkwy NE.
