The Edmundite Missions was among organizations invited to attend the Health Convening of the Equal Justice Initiative in Montgomery. Over 150 professionals from around the globe who work providing healthcare to those in poverty were in attendance.
Along with sessions on healthcare access and racial justice, the invitees were invited to spend time in EJI’s Legacy Museum which covers enslavement through mass incarceration.
Chad McEachern, Edmundite Missions President & CEO, who represented the organization at the Health Convening was overwhelmed while experiencing the museum.
