The man behind the red car

Raymond Craig is famous around Selma for his red car.

Craig, a native of Marion Junction, said his inspiration for decorating his car came after a sudden illness 15 years ago before he worked as a dairy associate at Walmart.

“I’ve been in Selma for over 69 years and in ‘99, I started working for Walmart and 15 years ago, I was at work and one day suddenly became sick,” Craig said.

Due to Craig becoming ill, he stopped working and one day he said he heard a message from God.
