The Town of Pike Road will hold SummerFest on June 25 in celebration of the 250th year of the United States as an independent nation.Â
Among the features will be Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty, along with a community rolling mural and a recognition of the armed forces with a military flag display.
The ball fields will be open for picnics and a viewing of the fireworks display.Â
Pictures can be shared with the hashtags #MyPikeRoad and #PikeRoadSummerFest.Â
Parking will begin at 6 p.m. at the Pike Road Agriculture, Recreation & Performing Arts Park, with handicap parking to be available at the east entrance.
