The Troy City Council will consider an agreement for the state's Low-Income Energy Program at a meeting tomorrow at 5 p.m. 

The program is an initiative that seeks to mitigate the costs of heating and cooling for low-income households. An applicant's income must not exceed 150% of the federally established poverty level.

An agenda for the meeting can be seen here. A work session will proceed the meeting at 4 p.m. 

Troy City Hall is located at 301 Charles W. Meeks Avenue.
