The Troy City Council will consider an agreement for the state's Low-Income Energy Program at a meeting tomorrow at 5 p.m.Â
The program is an initiative that seeks to mitigate the costs of heating and cooling for low-income households. An applicant's income must not exceed 150% of the federally established poverty level.
