YMCA hosts Women’s Wellness Night

To help relieve the stress and anxiety of this extraordinary year, aerobics and yoga instructor Cindy Duck has started the Why not C Women’s Wellness Night at the YMCA. 

Duck held the first Women’s Wellness Night Aug. 13 at the YMCA. She said the purpose is to help women focus on whole mind and body wellness and healthy living while promoting the YMCA and yoga. 

“During this time of COVID-19, when so many people are anxious about so many things, I have really been trying to get the message out there about yoga, because it really helps a lot,” Duck said.
