Gunnar Henderson hits rare cycle in Triple A Norfolk game

Selma native Gunnar Henderson hit a rare cycle during a game for Triple A Norfolk on Tuesday, becoming the first player on the team to do so in 22 years. 

According to the Baltimore Sun, Henderson's accomplishment was a historic moment when he made a drive into the right-center gap and made it to second base. 

The last player to do this was Timo Pérez, 22 years before Henderson's performance at the recent game. 

Henderson previously played baseball at John T. Morgan Academy in Selma and is a Orioles prospect. He ranks No. 4 in the Baltimore
