The Montgomery Interpretive Center and the Lowndes Interpretive Center will host photo exhibits and presentations by activist and Foot Soldier of the Civil Rights Movement Bernard Kleina.

Formerly a priest, Kleina traveled to Selma in 1965 for the Minister's March and took a number of photos of what transpired at that time.

Afterwards he returned to his hometown of Chicago where he has been a housing advocate and served as Executive Director of Fair Hope Housing Center.

The exhibit at the Montgomery Interpretive Center at 1521 Harris Way will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on June 21.

The Lowndes Interpretive Center on 7002 U.S. Hwy 80 West in White Hall will host the exhibit on the following day from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
