The Presbyterian Home for Children and High Socks for Hope donated more than 500 tennis shoes to teens in Wilcox County on May 14. Volunteers with the Home and Pine Hill nonprofit Mentoring in New Dimensions came by to give out the shoes that were Kyrie Irving's brand at Camden School of Arts and Technology, which is seventh and eighth grades, and at Wilcox Central High School. PHFC is based in Talladega. High Socks for Hope is based in Tuscaloosa.
