The United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force is seeking a man who is wanted for alleged possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and may be in Greenville or Montgomery.
Benjamin Mosely, 32, is described as a black male, 5’7” feet in height and weighing approximately 150 pounds.
"Court documents indicate that Mosely’s charges stem from an October 30, 2024, incident where Mosley fled from law enforcement while possessing a firearm and narcotics," said a post on social media by Central Alabama CrimeStoppers.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force at 334-223-3646.
