The Butler County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) has announced that they have received new Linkflow P3000 Body Cameras and upgrades for weapon holster technology for deputies.

"These new systems will enhance transparency, accountability, and officer safety throughout Butler County," said an announcement from BCSO. "The Linkflow P3000 body cameras provide high-quality video and audio recording capabilities to help ensure critical incidents are accurately documented."

According to the announcement the automatic recording holster system that deputies wear can activate their cameras if their weapon is drawn.

"This helps ensure incidents are captured in real time, providing an added layer of protection for both deputies and the citizens we serve," said the message.
