The Crenshaw County Sheriff’s Office is still seeking information on the unsolved murder of DeLange Harris in 2011.Â
According to Central Alabama CrimeStoppers, Harris was discovered in the area of Athens Church Road located in the Goshen Community on May 3, 2011. He was 25-years-old.Â
"May 3, 2024, marked thirteen years since Harris was taken from his family and friends. This case is ongoing and has not nor will it ever be forgotten," said CrimeStoppers in a post on social media.
"Investigators have worked diligently to work new leads, gather new evidence, and solicit the FBI for assistance in bringing this case to a close with the person(s) responsible for his untimely death."
A total of $30,000 is being offered as a reward for information that could lead to the case being solved. CrimeStoppers is offering $5,000 to be paid within 30 days of an arrest or arrests.Â
