The Senators downed the Clarke Prep Gators 41-0 at home for their first region win of the season Friday night to go 3-0 overall and 1-0 in region play.
The Senators opened the season on the road beating Crenshaw Christian 14-6 on the road. But the Cougars did not score until just 49 seconds remained in the game to avoid the shutout.Â
The senators next rolled Hooper Academy 54-7 before taking Clarke Prep down 41-0 in home games.
A highlight in a game of Morgan Academy highlights was a 100-yard interception return by Sean Pope in the first half.
The Senators will travel for another regional contest at Southern Academy on Sept. 12.
