Sunday afternoon, some of the Junior Hostess for the Selma Tour of Homes gathered for a photo shoot at the Wash Smith Quarles Homes. The Junior Hostesses were given a brief history on the home by the homeowner while having photos made by Janet Gresham, a local photographer. The homeowner talked of the need to maintain a home rather than waiting until the home required majored repairs. She shared with the Junior Hostesses some history passed down to her from her grandmother who was present when Wilson’s Raiders came to Selma.
