BOZEMAN, Mont. -- The world’s most entertaining basketball team is headed to Brick Breeden Field House on the campus of Montana State University. The Harlem Globetrotters are the planet’s best ballhandlers, passers, and basketball showmen.

Founded in 1926 by the legendary Abe Saperstein, the Globetrotters have entertained the masses for almost a century. Meadowlark Lemon, Curly Neal, and even the “Big Dipper”, Hall of Famer Wilt Chamberlain, have donned the club’s iconic red, white, and blue uniforms. Today, a new generation of Trotters steals the spotlight, led by five-foot-ten point guard Lucius “Too Tall” Winston, a dynamic floor general known for his wizardry with the basketball.

Winston said his skills have been developed via a lifetime of practice: “Every single day. Every single day. We play at least five, six days a week. So I try to go early every single day. I’ve been with the team for eight years, so I try to get to the gym at least two to three hours before and just work on the fundamentals. That's one thing I try to tell kids: you’ve got to get that foundation first.

The Globetrotters tip-off Friday night at 7 at the Field House against their longstanding foils, the Washington Generals. Tickets start at $44, and fans may upgrade to courtside seats or even a VIP experience package.
