Sellers of a paradise island where Harry and Meghan reportedly enjoyed a secret getaway have reduced the sale price to $78 million.

Kaibu Island in Fiji's Lau archipelago comes with its own submarine.

The newly-married Royal couple were reported to have spent the night at the idyllic tropical hideaway in a break from engagements on a 2018 royal tour - where they spent 16 days travelling around Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

Currently listed at $78,000,000, the listing price has dropped from $79.5million when it first came on the market a year ago.

On the island, there is an 800-acre resort, three villas, an airstrip, an aircraft, a golf course, and it is the only private island worldwide to include its own submarine from U-Boat Worx.

The three villas range from 4,000 sqft to 7,000 sqft, each with its own beach access. The villas include an infinity-edge heated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and an abundance of aromatic flowers.

The land-based operations run on solar and "follow organic standards", while a desalination plant supplies portable water for the entire island.

Listed by Vladi Private Islands, the luxurious property broker is including a luxury two-seater submersible for an additional $1,500,000.
