A 50-acre ranch with its own hotel, theater and golf course hits the market for $5.9 million.

The ranch, situated 20 minutes from Sedona, Arizona, was built in 1996 and comprised 11 parcels within a 50-acre area.

The listing states that the 11 parcels within the ranch boundary could be used to create a working ranch, business and rental opportunities in one place.

The land is currently being listed by Katrina Barrett, Local Luxury Real Estate, for $5,990,000.
