Old Cahawba Park to host 'If Bugs Could Talk' tour on May 14

Old Cahawba Archeological Park will host a walking tour titled "If Bugs Could Talk" on Saturday, May 14 at 10 a.m. 

"This will be a fun and informative hands-on activity for science lovers and history buffs alike,” said staff member Carmen Yelle. “You will discover how macro-invertebrates can be indicators of water quality while learning about the history of artesian wells at Cahawba."

Tickets are $8 and can be bought at the park's visitor center or by calling 334-872-8058. A maximum of 15 participants is allotted due to social distancing. 

Buying tickets in advance is suggested for interested parties.
