A ribbon cutting was held for the new Uniquely You Central Alabama publication in Montgomery that serves the disabled community.

"More than a monthly magazine, Uniquely You connects families with valuable local resources, organizations, and support services while sharing inspiring stories that foster inclusion, encourage hope, and strengthen our community," said a post on social media by the Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce."

"Their mission is to ensure every individual and family has access to the guidance, connections, and opportunities they need to thrive."

Faulkner University's College of Health Sciences hosted the celebration. Christian country musician Greg Marlow traveled from East Tennessee to perform his song, "Everybody Smiles".

The song was inspired by his brother-in-law, who has autism, said an announcement from the chamber.
