A ribbon cutting was recently held for the revitalized and reopened Montgomery Therapeutic Recreation Center. 

An announcement from the Montgomery Parks and Recreation Department stated that a "large and enthusiastic crowd" where Mayor Steven Reed and City Councilor Andrew Syzmanski delivered remarks. 

"A huge thank you goes out to the Mayor, all City Council members, construction crews, city staff, and everyone whose hard work and dedication made this reopening possible. The Therapeutic Recreation Center is truly better than ever," said the announcement.

The center is located at 604 Augusta Avenue.
