The Selma Police Department is searching for the suspect of a bank robbery that took place around 10:32 a.m. on Monday. 

In a post on their Facebook page the department did not name the bank but has identified Derrick Posey, 30, of Selma as the suspect.

Other law enforcement officials confirmed the bank robbed was Wells Fargo on Broad Street.

Anyone who has information on the case is asked to contact the Selma Police Department at 334-874-2125.
