Thomasville City Schools has received an "A" on the 2024–2025 State Report Card from the Alabama State Department of Education.

“This accomplishment reflects the hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment of our entire school community,” said Superintendent Vickie Morris. “Earning an ‘A’ is more than a score—it is a testament to the daily efforts of our students, the instructional excellence of our teachers, and the strong support we receive from parents and community partners.”

According to the Thomasville Tiger Nation social media page, the district was able to demonstrate "strong" performances in academic achievement, academic growth, graduation rate, college and career readiness, and chronic absenteeism for the report card.

“Our faculty and staff work tirelessly to ensure that every child in Thomasville receives a high-quality education,” Morris added. “We are proud of this recognition, but we remain committed to continuous improvement. Our students deserve the very best, and we will keep pushing forward.”
