Selma's new Mayor Johnny Moss III is planning to move forward on the Land Bank Authority, which was approved by the City Council in August to identify derelict properties that need demolition. The mayor will bring a plan to get the authority started. Todd and Cindy talk about the land bank in this segment of the Black Belt Newscast.
